Project Chai was built on one simple idea: chai and street food should taste like it does back home — fresh, bold, and made with real ingredients, every single cup and plate.
From hand-brewed karak chai to crisp samosas, our menu brings the flavours of Indian street corners into a warm, welcoming counter-service café.
Every location is designed to be a neighbourhood gathering spot — quick enough for a coffee-run pace, comfortable enough to linger over a plate of paronthe with friends.
